Met the host, who gave us good tips. There were a sitting area, an ironing set and a work desk, bidet. It had a private bathroom. The apartment was near Marco Polo airport, 0.5 miles.

This charming apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Venice, just a short walk to St Marks square and other main tourist attractions. the two large bedrooms and two bathrooms are clean and comfortable, providing ample space for relaxation. the well-equipped kitchen and nearby supermarket make self-catering a breeze. the beautiful outdoor terrace is a tranquil sanctuary, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. the friendly and helpful host ensures a warm welcome and provides excellent recommendations for dining options.

The exterior of the apartment building is currently covered with scaffolding, which slightly detracts from the overall ambiance.

The value for money at this apartment was excellent - spacious rooms, beautiful furniture, and even a patio to enjoy. The location was perfect, tucked away from the crowds but still within walking distance of all the sights. Laura, the host, was cute and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The terrace was a wonderful addition, and the location couldn't have been better. It was close to everything yet tucked away in a quiet area. We loved every detail of this house, from the spacious living room to the beautiful garden surrounding it. Daniel, who met us at the nearby market, was helpful and provided us with great recommendations for places to visit and eat. I will definitely be recommending this apartment to my friends and would love to stay here again. I highly recommend this apartment.

Occasional issues with the internet connection, but the host was helpful in resolving the problem. A minor issue with the CD player not working, but it was not reported to the host.
